Setting up an Email Client: Thunderbird 3.1.5

This email client is free to download and is entirely suitable for sending and receiving emails. You can download it from this address http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/thunderbird/
Below are the steps you should follow,
Incoming Mail
- In Tools > Account Setting go to Account Actions and Add Mail Account.
You will get the "Mail Account Setup" window. - Add these details
Your Name: "Enter your Name"
Email Address: "Enter your full email address (ie. name@exampledomain.co.nz)"
Password: "Enter the password provided to you at sign up" - Click Edit on the right next to "User name: User name" and Change it to "name@exampledomain.co.nz"
Then click "Re-test configuration" - Now Click "Create Account"
You may get a window either between "Re-test configuration" or "Create Account" that informs you of the security aspect to this type of connection.
Click "Add exception for the address" or something along those lines.After this is done, go into "Account Settings" > "Server Settings" and change the "Connection Security" from "STATTLS" to "None"
After it has detected the server settings,
Outgoing Mail
If you go into your Account settings again, and select "Outgoing Server (SMTP )" from the left side.
There should be "User name - mail.exampledomain.co.nz". Select this and click "Edit"
Change the "Connection Security" to "None" and change the "User Name" to name@exampledomain.co.nz
